It’s super, super easy. Visit our return portal to start your return. You’ll need the email address, shipping zip code, or phone number associated with your purchase, and the order number. From there, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions through our system and instructions will be sent to your email. Having trouble getting a return started, feel free to contact us!

For US and non-Meta orders, yes! For exchanges, simply follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back. 

Exchanges and returns for U.S.-based orders are free.

For orders made outside of the U.S., we will refund your original form of payment (minus the outbound shipping costs). For all international orders, international inbound return postage will be paid by the sender. To our Canadian friends: we are now able to generate return labels for you through our returns portal! The cost of the label is generally around $13.95.

Not at all. Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s shipped in a container that protects the merchandise so as to avoid damage in transit :)

While not required, we'd really appreciate if you were able to include the return authorization slip or packing slip! If you're not able to include the packing slip, we should still have all the information we need, so long as your returned product still has its original tags intact and you use the shipping label we provide to you.

Sorry about that! After starting your return, select ‘received wrong item’ under ‘reason for return’, and proceed through the exchange. Your preferred item will ship to you right away!

Exchanges ship instantly! We ship your exchange as soon as you request it - even before you send back your original item.

Not a perfect fit? Not to worry! Visit our return portals and click Returning a Gift? Then enter the requested information (don’t worry, your gifter won’t be notified) to initiate the return. If you don't know your order number, send us an email and we'll get right back to you!

Items purchased marked as final sale during a sale/promo or items such as masks and gift cards which are ‘final sale’ are indeed, final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not able to be returned. While we love our furry friends, our dresses must be returned in new condition. Pet hair may incur a $10 restocking fee.
