The DARIA Art Cape Rothko draws inspiration from the work of abstract artist Mark Rothko. Its palette of warm and cool colours include black, brown with purple, forest green, a hint of orange and apple green — bold yet timeless.

Made from 100% wool, this versatile cape can be styled in 15+ ways — long, short, belted, or even as a dress — carrying you with ease from day to night, work to weekend.

Handmade in small batches by Dev Bhumi artisans in the Himalayas, it is dyed with AZO-free colours and woven through a zero-waste process. Blending modern European design with traditional handloom craft, every cape is durable, and one-of-a-kind.

Your Julahas cape is handcrafted by their partner artisans at FiveP in South India. With 75+ artisans (mostly women) who work out of their 12-acre loom studio that has a Green Building Certification, they are preserving ancient crafting traditions while offering a fair and steady livelihood to artisan communities. By ensuring a steady income, fair trade and job satisfaction not far from home, Julahas ensures that you get a product that is made out of love and dignity.

One for One

For every purchase you make, Julahas plant one tree in your name. We send you an e-Tree Certificate with a code which links to a location marker showing where the tree was planted, so that you can trace your tree!

With our One for One model, in partnership with social enterprise Grow-Trees, we address community, women and nature. Tree planting generates employment for the village women, regulates the climate while improving the soil quality, which benefits farming communities.

No Waste: The skillful positioning of the free-size slit armholes give this cape the multi-styling options and also make it a completely zero waste product.

Design x Craft: The clean and modern European design blends beautifully with the artisanal handloom process to make this cape our signature accessory.

Small Batch Production: Individually handmade by the artisans at FiveP in Chennamalai, producing in small batches ensures that every piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Dyed using toxic-free colours at a GOTS-certified unit in a vibrant and fashion friendly palette, this cape is guaranteed to be your wardrobe essential for years to come.
