This linen/cotton blend is so comfortable. I wore it out on one of the hottest nights of the summer and I still felt so cool and comfortable. I’ll be looking for more dresses in this fabric. Also, the green is much richer in person than in the website photos.

I have always loved green, every shade, even lime green in the right circumstance. I so wanted to own a Lichen to wear and enjoy, but I hesitated, as I am unfamiliar with linen. After a few false starts I finally ordered one and I am so pleased that I did. The linen has not been as issue at all and the green is splendiferous!! I literally do not hang it away in the closet so I may stare at it in the morning when I awaken. I believe it is actually a form of color therapy!

Green has always been my favorite color- all shades of green, at that. The second I saw Lichen I knew she'd have a place of honor in my closet. Her green is so rich and intense that I often find myself lost in her depths. My family has celebrated St. Patrick's Day since before I was born- it is one of my favorite family traditions. Now I have my penultimate St. Paddy's Day attire for the remainder of my days.

I jumped at the opportunity to go with my daughter to the park — she’s 13, and I take every chance I can. But I’m wearing a dark red tank dress and sneakers, so I tossed on Lichen from the ironing pile and zip off to the park. I am totally mismatched and wrinkly and sweaty. And several people stopped me to compliment my Zuri!! I swear I get more compliments the closer I get to my 50s, and it’s all due to Zuri. And a good hair colorist.
There are a few pictures — one of me in indoor lighting, one of me chasing down a pair of nutria, and one of the nutria close-up. They.re so cute, like calm groundhogs with skinny rat tails. They’re not in order, but I’m too tired to try to resort them. Thanks! Have a great weekend!

Beautiful soft linen fabric, with woven texture, and a deep saturated green colour that surprisingly goes with a lot of other colours (maybe because it's the colour of flower stems?) Versatile, simple, yet elegant.
