Returns & Exchanges
Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, within 30 days, for all orders within the US!
Not in the US? No Problem! For all international orders, international inbound return postage will be paid by the sender, but we'll cover the outbound postage on any items being sent to you in exchange. To our Canadian friends: we are now able to generate return labels for you through our returns portal! The cost of the label (generally $13.95) will be deducted from your refund amount or charged when making an exchange. Any duties and taxes (including VAT) that have been pre-paid are non-refundable.
For all returns, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition with tags on to qualify for a return or exchange. Any items that arrive in less than new condition without prior authorization from our support team will be reviewed by our receiving team and any items deemed acceptable will incur a restocking fee of $10 USD. Any unacceptable items may be requested to be returned to the customer (and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer). While we love our furry friends, any unworn, unwashed and otherwise undamaged dresses that are returned to us with pet hair will incur a $10 restocking fee. All gift card and mask products are final sale and may not be returned. Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt. Returns of exchange orders made through the Facebook shop are eligible for store credit only - no refunds. Please contact us directly at email@example.com if you'd like to return an exchange order.
TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together! If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and its accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct $12 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)

We'll do our best to ship within 2 days of placing an order for any in-stock item. US orders ship via USPS.
US CUSTOMERS: US orders of $95+ ship for free!
CANADA CUSTOMERS: We charge a flat $20 USD fee for shipping and pre-payment of duties via USPS. We charge a flat $30 USD fee for all shipments of less than $110USD for shipping, including pre-payment of your duties via USPS.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE US AND CANADA: Orders valued at $110 USD+ outside of the US and Canada will ship for an additional $10 shipping fee. Orders valued at less than $110USD will be charged a shipping fee of $20USD. Curious about how duties are calculated? Check the duty calculator here! (Our dress HS code is 620442, and our shirt HS code is 620630). Please note, we require a mobile number for all non-US orders so that the courier can contact you for delivery via text message (they will not be able to contact you via landline.)
Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
