Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, within 30 days for all orders within the US. Simply click HERE and enter your order number to get started! (Please include the packing list that you received with your order in your return package.)
For all orders, items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged, with tags on, to qualify for a return or exchange. (Masks are final sale and may not be returned.) Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.
Not in the US? Reach out to support@shopzuri.com with your order number within 30 days of receipt and let us know what items you would like to return - we'll get it sorted for you right away! (While International inbound return postage will be paid by the sender, we'll cover the outbound postage on any items being sent to you in exchange.)
TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together! If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and its accompanying tote is not returned along with it, we may deduct $12 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)
