Something not quite right? Returns or exchanges are on us, within 30 days, for all orders within the US!
HOLIDAY RETURNS: Any returnable holiday items/orders placed between November 19th and December 25th will eligible for return authorization through January 10th.
Not in the US? No Problem! We are more than happy to accept international returns back for a refund, which you can request in our returns portal within 30 days. To our Canadian friends: we are now able to generate return labels for you through our returns portal! The cost of the label (generally $13.95) will be deducted from your refund amount. Any duties and taxes (including VAT) that have been pre-paid are non-refundable.
For all SHOPZURI.COM order returns, items must be in new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged condition with tags on to qualify for a return or exchange. Any items that arrive in less than new condition without prior authorization from our support team will be reviewed by our receiving team and any items deemed acceptable will incur a restocking fee of $10 USD. Any unacceptable items may be requested to be returned to the customer (and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer). While we love our furry friends, any unworn, unwashed and otherwise undamaged dresses that are returned to us with pet hair will incur a $10 restocking fee. All gift card and mask products are final sale and may not be returned. Limit of one exchange per order. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 10 days of return receipt.
For all orders placed through FACEBOOK or INSTAGRAM shops: In addition to the conditions above, orders placed through Facebook or Instagram are eligible for refund or store credit only - no exchanges.
TOTE NOTE // Our totes and our dresses belong together! If for whatever reason you are returning a one-unit dress or shirt order and the tote that order came with is not returned along with it, we may deduct $18 from your refund. If your item was more than one dress or shirt, please keep your tote:)

Shipping
We'll do our best to ship within 2 days of placing an order for any in-stock item. US orders ship via USPS.
US CUSTOMERS: US orders of $110+ ship for free!
Expedited orders must be placed before 4pm EST in order to be delivered within 2 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship the following day and be delivered within 2 business days.
CANADA CUSTOMERS: We charge a flat $20 USD fee for shipping and pre-payment of duties via USPS for orders $110USD+. We charge a flat $30 USD fee for all shipments of less than $110USD for shipping, including pre-payment of your duties via USPS.
UK, SINGAPORE, NORWAY, PHILIPPINES, MEXICO, SWITZERLAND, and JAPAN CUSTOMERS: Orders valued at $110 USD+ will be charged a flat $20USD shipping fee. Orders valued at less than $110USD will be charged a shipping fee of $30USD. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and will be paid upfront for pre-clearance on arrival. Duties and taxes are non-refundable once paid.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders valued at $110 USD+ outside of the US and Canada will be charged a flat $20USD shipping fee. Orders valued at less than $110USD will be charged a shipping fee of $30USD. Duties are not included. Any orders that are returned to sender for failure or unwillingness to pay duties are NON-REFUNDABLE. Curious about how duties are calculated? Check the duty calculator here! (Our dress HS code is 620442, and our shirt HS code is 620630). Please note, we require a mobile number for all non-US orders so that the courier can contact you for delivery via text message (they will not be able to contact you via landline).
Zuri is not responsible for any bank or credit card fees issued by the customer's bank/credit card company.
Zuri is not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have been marked delivered by the carrier.
