Shake It Off

I love me some wild Zuris, but even I took pause when I first saw this print. Would it be too “loud” even for me? It was my husband who actually convinced me that I should get it when we were at the San Francisco Zuri store. We also picked up a gorgeous coordinating Julahas belt. The first time I wore it, I got soooo many compliments. It’s fun, vibrant, and brings a smile to everyone who sees it. It has now become my favorite Zuri print! The yellow isn’t neon, it’s more of a mustard yellow (very fitting for the theme). There is also a beautiful blue tint that ribbons the pretzels and really makes them pop. The only downside is that you’ll need to plan extra time when you wear it out because you’ll frequently get stopped by strangers asking about the dress. The fit is true to size and similar to all the other Zuris I wear. I fit in both a medium and large for Zuris. I purchased a large standard length in this print as that is what they had in the store. I love everything about this dress!

I wasn’t quite sure about this dress at first—mainly because the color combination reminded me of a unicorn that got lost at Oktoberfest. But then I saw it in person, and bam—it totally works! The colors are wild in a “wait, is that fabulous?” kind of way, and trust me, you’ll stand out in the best possible sense (like a fashionable flamingo at a duck party).

The fabric? Light, airy, and absolutely summer-approved. You could probably outrun a heatwave in this thing. And speaking of heat, let’s talk pretzels. Honestly, don’t we all have one sweet, salty memory involving a pretzel? Coincidence? I think not.

My cousin pictured here with me asked me to get this for her. If she saw something in it, I had to see it for myself. And now? Love. Love. LOVE.
