These textiles are a part of our 100% Made in Kenya collection and were printed in Kenya on Kenyan grown cotton. The print was designed by Shadé Akanbi, who is based in Brooklyn, New York. She also designs exclusive products in collaboration with other artisans, locally and internationally, as well as special momentos collected throughout her travels; curated from local markets to international bazaars.

A retro design feel that is comfortably midweight and the colouring is fabulous for any time of year... I wear it with a little black cashmere cardigan, or a black pullover one... it's great with Mary Jane flats, or with heels for a dressier evening look... I last wore it on the airplane for all day travel, for which.it was perfectly suited.

love love love! I would have taken this home when I tried it on at the store no questions asked if it wasn’t already gifted to me. My husband went to Fillmore when it launched and purchased it as a surprise for my birthday.
I own three maxis now and Aperture is my favorite print. Love the mod pattern - I was wracking my brain trying to figure out what the motifs looked like and I was thinking of those Bulgari OMNIA perfume bottles but mostly I think of travel camper trailers (see the last photo) 😁
All the new releases from this week share this graham cracker brown shade - here it’s paired with black, white, and a mulled or berry wine background. It’s super pretty and just bright enough so it doesn’t look muddy or dull.
I’m in my usual size L. I prefer sizing up in the maxi dress because it is cut narrower in the body - doesn’t flare out in an A-line as much as the original Zuri dresses.
I am 5’3 and usually wear a US size 14/16.
