Kodachrome Maxi

A black background with all the colours of the rainbow as a pattern. How can you go wrong? I just love the maxis and this one was a must buy for me. I am Medium in most brands and buy Medium in all Zuri items except the maxis. Due to the big armholes, I go down to a Small and it fits great.

Another fabulous maxi print that guarantees you'll be noticed... vivid colours on a black background and a comfortable weight, smooth-finish fabric... easy to the touch, not stiff but substantial makes it perfect for year-round wear... great with a linen kimono or sweater for cooler days or to cover arms on a sunny day...

I've been waiting for this dress from the moment I glimpsed a preview photo of it and could not resist it when it got released. It echoes some of the earlier patterns but is jubilantly its own self. The fabric is on the heavier side though with softness to it. The colors change with the light. Inside the black background is very prominent. In sunlight, it vanishes, pushing all the bold hues to the foreground - which is fun. Given the variegated palette, one can have so many accessorizing choices for dressing it up or down. Maxis have become my favorite Zuris. And since I am on the shrimpier side, I tailor the torso with darts, for a more fitted silhouette. I will love wearing this beauty for both casual and fancy outings.
