バティック生地を作成するには、リサイクルワックスを溶かし、型押しパターンを使用して生地に塗布します。エドウィナは、スタンプされたデザインをフォームに自分で彫刻します。フォームは木材よりも再利用しやすく、加工が容易です。ガーナのアクラに住む数人の女性たちとともに、エドウィナと彼女のチームは常に、真に独創的な方法でパターンと重ねられた色の両方を活用したデザインを作成しています。 2018 年に共同作業を開始して以来、40 を超えるユニークなテキスタイルを共同で生産し、開始以来継続的に生産し続けています。エドウィナと彼女のチームとこのコラボレーションを共有できることをとても光栄に思います。

This dress is gorgeous, the colour, the fabric and the pattern. It pairs well with my Hush Puppies ‘kettle’ flats and Laura Mercier ‘Coral VIP’ lippy.
It’s a cloudy autumn day in Melbourne and Sherbet was the perfect choice for a lunch date with my sister to help brighten the weather!

I just love this, especially now when it is new and quite stiff, as I think a batik should be. (I know it will relax with washing but not, I hope, too fast.) It is so unpretentious while at the same time being clearly a work of art. I had a great experience wearing it as a museum docent for a third-grade class. Those kids never had a problem knowing where and who I was!
I am 5'2" and this is a Medium. I have some Larges that I wear either because I love them or because I want more room to swing my arms (!). The Medium looks a little more trim and tidy.

This dress makes you think of sunny Spring days with flowers blooming nearby and perhaps the happy ring of an ice cream truck in the background. I have worn it twice now and each time I both friends and strangers smiled and commented on it. The colors look best in natural light; they really pop outdoors. The dress is stiff at first, but I think it will soften up with washing.

I own embarrassingly many Zuri dresses, but I loved this one and its partner with ferns in light green. The fabric and composition of design is really wonderful ful.
