I bought Trailblazer when it first came out, but concerned about the stiffness, returned it. But I finally reordered it and I’m so glad I did!! Even though my usual colors are blues-teals or purples-pinks, I love the colors in Trailblazer! And the occasional purples really pop. And it is perfect with this kimono from Julahas. I’m so happy I ordered it again!!!

This dress intrigued me right from the start. It has a lot of colours I love in it - warm browns and taupes with splashes of purple - but also colours I tend to avoid like yellow and orange. I decided I would take a risk and it definitely paid off! Fun to style and versatile. The fabric is as heavy and stiff as others have reported, but I’ve found over time it does relax and soften just like your favourite pair of jeans.

I was curious about the fabric of this dress - heavier and stiffer (very canvas-like) than any Zuri fabric I had seen before — so I tried it on and was very surprised. Once I wiggled around and got the fabric settled on my body it was extremely comfortable and the weight and stiffness were not noticeable. The colors (gray, brown, tangerine, cream) are not those I gravitate to, but the small pops of lavender bring visual interest and make this a noteworthy dress. I’m very happy with it.

This dress paves the way with all the right colors. It is a really flexible option since it has great patterns and can be dressed up or be more casual. It's sharp, be prepared to be stopped by total strangers and asked about your dress. I always tell them "it's a Zuri, and it has pockets!"

The artwork of this print is delightful, and brings to mind a geological excavation - jasper, tiger eye, agate, amber, citrine, jet, and amethyst! The apricot strata are vivid as can be.

It’s true that the fabric is stiff, but not uncomfortable, since I always wear an undershirt of some sort with all my Zuris. I just make sure to smooth and straighten it out when I get out of the car.
