How long with it take to get my order?
In the US, we ship with USPS and UPS. We ship with USPS to Canada, Fedex to the UK, Asia, and Africa (except Kenya), and DPD in the EU. If you have a preferred carrier, please let us know in the order notes section when you place your order!
Depending on where you’re located, delivery times may vary. We do our best to ship orders out 1-3 days after being placed and they take 3-5 days to be delivered (US domestic), and 5-10 days for international shipments. For more information, please visit our shipping and returns page here!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please send us an email at support@shopzuri.com or note your requested delivery date in the ‘Order Notes’ section at checkout, and we’ll do our best to get it to you on time! For overnight orders, please send us an email!
I'm sending this as a gift, can I get a gift receipt included?
No problem! We don't include any paperwork with pricing information in the order.
Do you have an extended holiday return window?
Yes, we do! While our standard return window is 30 days, any gifts purchased starting November 7th will have an extended return window through January 15th.
What if the gift recipient wants to return or exchange?
Gift recipients can make returns and exchanges easily! Get started with the order number on our Returns Portal!
Can I include a note with my order?
Yes! Please write the message in the Leave Us A Note section of your Shopping Cart, and we'll be sure to include this with the order.
