Woven by India's oldest certified fair-trade artisanal weaving cooperative in West Bengal, these textiles are a dream! Each fabric is a hand-loomed blend of cotton and linen. We chose this blend for two reasons: 1) to create subtle texture and movement within the weave; and (more practically) 2) so that your shirts and dresses will be super easy to wash and wear, as they'll be more wrinkle resistant, more durable, and drape a bit heavier when worn. (While the fabric was produced in India, the dresses were all proudly stitched in Kenya by our team.)

I Love Love this patchwork shirt so much and it goes with Everything. The fabric is Superb and the fit and feel are perfect!! I paired it with a Zuri Batik print pants and the match is Fabulous!!! It kept me nice and cool while I strolled through my friends Beautiful Garden.

This is probably the most adorable sleeveless top I’ve ever gotten from Zuri. I’m a sucker for the cotton fabric from India and already had Menagerie (which always gets compliments). The pattern combinations in this patchwork are delightful and great fun to wear. Can’t wait to live in it this summer!

The vest I bought for my King. As his Queen we purchase clothing for ourselves and each other. Not worried about the gender identities placed about a store.
Perhaps someday stores will place things by their size, color and/or coordinates. Someday buttons, zippers and snaps will be identified as, ‘left handed and right handed openings.
My King loved the feel of the material, the coordinating patch colors but found the size of the buttons too small.
I loved the cloth bag for presentation of his gift and the many things I’ve transported in it since.
I look forward to returning again and I’ve already recommended it to many of my friends, students and ohana.
