I love Zuri shirts and this short-sleeved shirt will be perfect for the collection. It is well made of course and the sleeves can be rolled up if you want a shorter sleeve. There are so many colors that compliment this shirt. I love that it is longer in the back.

I do not like the stiffness of the cotton. I read that it has to be washed at least 6 times so it has had 2. I will keep washing it and if it doesn't soften up by wash 6 I am sending back for a refund. Too bad because I really like the print. The other shirt I bought seems to be a different material so I am hopeful that it softens up as well. I love your color and design but this is a problem for me. And I am 88 years old so do not have years to wear these shirts. Thanks Gretchen

We're sorry to hear about the stiffness! The fabric on this one won't get super soft as it's made of our mid-weight fabric but it will soften with each wash, kind of like a good pair of jeans. The way this fabric is made is actually part of what makes it so durable and long lasting, so we hope it will win you over with time! But in the meantime, I've passed your feedback along to our team.
As for returning it, since it has been washed we aren't able to accept a return or exchange, but if it still doesn't feel right after a few more washes please don't hesitate to reach out and we'll see what we can do! For your next order, I recommend checking out our light-weight fabrics which are bit softer right out of the tote :)
