After passing this one up the first time around and finally purchasing it during a sale, Hocus Crocus ended up being my go-to dress during the holidays! The colorful floral design had everyone guessing - is it Mexican? Scandinavian? Polish? At one holiday party, the “10-minute portrait artist” remarked that he doesn’t usually spend time on the clothes, but he just had to paint this dress!
