    The moment I saw It Factor I thought of my mom and the stylish blouse she wore in the mid-seventies. Black pencil skirt, black knee boots and a mile- high bouffant- ah, Mom.     This dress is Stunning and evolks a feeling of 70's Retro Chic. I felt Amazing in this dress, the fit and feel are Perfect. I wore my Chunky accessories, Off White colored shoes and matching bag and added my Mustard colored framed eyeglasses for a Pop of color!!!It was a Hit!!!
